Improve your city and neighbourhood – a toolkit for inclusive urban development in Georgia

The SymbioCity Toolkit provides guidance for civic actors working to improve urban planning and development in an inclusive and sustainable way. It describes three practical ways for civic actors to engage with the development of their cities; leadingcooperating, and influencing, offering a flexible method supported by practical tools, examples and guidance. It is relevant for civic leaders, civil society and community-based organisations, urban professionals, local government officials and others engaged in urban development processes.  

Applying the SymbioCity approach contributes to: 

  • Better plans and projects, that are more relevant, better designed, and more meaningfully address the needs of citizens
